These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place through it. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price is listed in error, we may decline the order and refund you in full.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude delivery unless stated otherwise. Delivery is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. Full card details are entered directly into the processor and are not stored on this site.

Our products

Our syrups are non-alcoholic soft-drink concentrates intended to be diluted with carbonated or still water. They are food products: check the ingredients on the label if you have an allergy, and follow the storage guidance printed on the bottle. Carbonation equipment must be used to the manufacturer’s instructions and with the cylinders it is designed for.

Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and we may change or withdraw products without notice.

Liability

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
