Shipping

Orders are picked and packed Monday to Friday. Anything placed before 1pm Eastern on a business day is dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next business day.

Delivery

Standard ground — 3 to 6 business days once dispatched.
Free ground shipping on orders over $75.
Glassware and crates — packed in moulded pulp and double-boxed. Larger gift crates and carbonation kits ship as a single heavier parcel, which occasionally adds a day.

Tracking

A tracking number is issued when the label is created. It can take a few hours to start showing movement once the carrier has scanned the parcel.

Damage in transit

Glass travels well until it does not. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and tell us within 48 hours. Photographs of the outer box as well as the breakage let us open a carrier claim and get a replacement out quickly.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Storing what arrives

Syrups are shelf-stable unopened. Once opened, keep them refrigerated and use within about six weeks; the label on each bottle carries the specific date.
